Autumn Mann is a professional counselor associate serving as a full-time primary care behavioral health consultant at Aviva Health’s main Roseburg clinic. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University and previously completed her internship with the Douglas ESD, serving K-12 students and their families.
She is dedicated to connecting community members with services and resources, and her clinical approach emphasizes holistic, client-centered care, preventative programming and public health outreach.
Autumn is also a certified death doula with a strong interest in expanding grief and bereavement assistance within her community. She continues to volunteer in hospice settings and has experience working with diverse patient populations throughout the end-of-life process.
Outside of work, Autumn enjoys gardening and creating aquascapes for her fish. She is a crafty gal who always has various art projects in the works. As an avid outdoorswoman, she spends the majority of her free time exploring the beautiful Umpqua Valley, floating the river, hiking, camping, rockhounding, and looking for Sasquatch.
