Prescriptions at Your Convenience

Aviva Health, a Douglas County based Federally Qualified Health center, is proud to announce the opening of an in-house pharmacy at our main Roseburg Clinic. We proudly participate in the 340B Drug Pricing Program, which is available to insured and uninsured patients and may help with discounted prescription costs.

If you have an appointment, prescriptions are often ready for pick-up shortly after your provider visit, and most refill requests are available on the same day they are made. OHP (UHA), Atrio Medicare and most commercial insurances are accepted at the Aviva Health Pharmacy. See below for a full list of accepted insurances.

Aviva Health is committed to bringing you an exceptional patient experience, and our new pharmacy is one more way we’re delivering on our promise of Hope, Health and Life.

If you’d like your prescriptions filled at the Aviva Health Pharmacy, please call us at (541) 492-2078 or let your provider know during your next visit.

We look forward to serving you. Thank you for entrusting us with your care.

340B Drug Pricing Program

Aviva Health participates in the 340B Drug Pricing Program, a government program that may help patients receive discounted prescription drugs. This program is available to insured and uninsured patients.

Participation in the program is easy. Schedule a visit with a provider at Aviva Health, and when that provider writes you a prescription have it filled through Aviva Health or one of our pharmacy partners located across Douglas County, Oregon.

If you are insured and your medications are covered by your policy, you will pay your copay as you usually do. Although your costs will not change, our health center will receive a financial benefit from your insurance company. This additional funding helps us provide care to the neediest families in our community. Click here for more information on the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
