Teresa Cook is a dental hygienist at Aviva Health. She has lived most of her life on the Oregon Coast and moved to the Umpqua Valley in 2017.

Teresa received a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from Loma Linda University in 1991. She enjoys helping her patients understand how their oral health affects their overall health. She especially feels satisfaction when she can help people with previous negative memories of dentistry become comfortable while receiving care.

Teresa is married to her high school sweetheart and has two grown sons. She has a wide range of interests including home improvement projects, gardening, camping, and quilting.
