Rachelle “Shelley” Wells, CPNP, grew up in Douglas County and attended Umpqua Community College where she received an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing in 2001.

She then went on to complete BSN, MSN and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Primary Care programs through the University of South Alabama.

Shelley obtained her National board certification through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is credentialed as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care.

With experience in public health and a focus on maternal and child health, she has a passion for working with children and their families and believes in providing patient-centered care that creates an environment of mutual respect, empathy and shared decision making.

Shelley is happily married to her husband Jeff and enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids on their ranch. She also loves camping, traveling, exercising, and photography.
