Dr. John Fardell is a Family Medicine physician who practices at Aviva Health’s Myrtle Creek Clinic. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Wash., and a post-baccalaureate in Human Physiology at the University of Oregon, Eugene, Ore.
Dr. Fardell earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, St. George, Grenada, and also a master’s degree in public health from St. George’s University Department of Public Health and Preventative Medicine, St. George, Grenada.
He completed his Family Medicine residency at Mississippi Medical Education & Research Consortium, Greenville, Miss.
Having been born and raised in a rural agricultural area of Eastern Washington, Dr. Fardell is well aware of the unique health care needs of people who live in underserved communities. In addition to a passion for medicine, he enjoys playing a golf round whenever he has the chance and spending time outdoors with his family and friends either skiing, hiking, biking, or cooking.
