Rob McAdam, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, received his education at Syracuse University. Early in life, he connected with people who inspired the journey that led him on his career path into social work. He is passionate about working with youth and families, with expertise in serving pre-teens through early adulthood.

Originally from Connecticut and relocated to Oregon in 2009, living in Salem and Portland before settling in Roseburg in 2019. He was drawn to Aviva Health’s great reputation, and his excitement grew after meeting the team. Working in an environment where employees are valued and can collaborate with like-minded peers who care about the community is important to him.

In his free time, he enjoys being with family and friends. He and his partner have four kids, a dog, and a fish. They enjoy travel, movies, music, getting outdoors to hike or fish on the Umpqua River, and adventuring to the coast.
