Marissa Krager, DO

    Dr. Marissa Krager, a family medicine resident, was born in Clackamas, Oregon. She moved to Washington after graduating from nursing school in 2017. She later earned a medical degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine.

    Her special interests include acute condition management, hospital medicine, continuity of care, advocacy for equity and care gaps, and care of vulnerable populations. Her future practice goals include a mix of inpatient and outpatient care. She also hopes to teach in a medical school or residency program.

    Dr. Krager is excited to join the Roseburg Family Medicine Residency because of the program’s dedication to caring for its residents, patients and the community.

    Dr. Krager enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter and their labrador retriever. She also enjoys visiting with relatives, watching anything involving Gordon Ramsay, playing the card game Magic: The Gathering, and stargazing.
