Dr. Harpreet Bhangu, resident physician, was born in Surrey, British Columbia, and grew up there and in nearby Langley, British Columbia. A passion for science inspired her to pursue medicine, and she earned her degree from Aureus University School of Medicine in Aruba. She is interested in women’s health and hopes to incorporate that into her practice.

She was drawn to Roseburg Family Medicine Residency by the warm welcome and kindness she received from everyone involved in the program. She appreciates the small-town feel of Roseburg and the kindness the community has shown since her arrival.

Dr. Bhangu and her husband have a dog. She enjoys cooking, trying new foods and working on puzzles, and is excited to explore the outdoor activities Douglas County has to offer.
