Dr. Kourosh Mehrazar, received his education at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Sint Maarten (Dutch part) and Dr. Richard Christensen Community Psychiatry Fellowship at Sulzbacher in Florida, carrying out his residency at Orange Park Hospital in Florida. He holds Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support certifications, earned a Teaching Award for Immunology and Microbiology, and taught at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital, Family Medicine Residency Didactics.
Dr. Mehrazar was drawn to Aviva Health because of the commitment to community service, focus on addressing social determinants of health and meeting patients wherever they are on their health journey.
He speaks English, Persian and Turkish, enjoys cultural exploration, reading, history, travel, and cycling. As an avid cyclist, he occasionally rides to and from work.
