Kathryn Lechner, Certified Nurse Midwife, completed her training at Oregon Health and Science University’s (OHSU) Nurse-Midwifery program. She enjoys all facets of her specialty, including pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and women’s health, but particularly in building long-term relationships with individuals by meeting their diverse health needs over months and years.
Kathryn pursued midwifery shortly after entering college. She first completed a degree in nursing then worked in mother-baby and perinatal special care while completing her master’s degree and midwifery training at OHSU. After completing her training, she relocated to Roseburg where she’s been practicing since 2018.
An Oregonian, she was born in Portland and raised in Glide, outside of Roseburg. She loves spending free time with her husband and three children, and she enjoys rainy days, reading books and movie nights at home.
