Dr. Baheer Ashna graduated from Windsor University School of Medicine. In high school, he aspired to become a physician, which drove his decision to study cell and molecular biology at the University of Toronto in Canada. This educational path laid the foundation for his pursuit of a career in medicine.

Dr. Ashna was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and lived in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for four years before matching with RFMR and moving to Douglas County. His interests include poetry and politics, and he possesses a talent for calligraphy in three languages. In addition, he enjoys riding motorcycles, practicing martial arts, and spending time outdoors with his two children.
