Aviva Health is the CHC and an FQHC in Douglas County.  Based in Roseburg at the Jerry Bruce Community Campus with our main clinic, we have a number of rural clinics throughout the county as well as a School Based Health Center.  Part of our mission in delivering care to Douglas County has been evolved into both workforce pipeline development and in strong ties with community partners.  The nonprofit summit is an effort for Aviva as a developed organizations to provide learning and development opportunities for community partners that may not have the wherewithal or expertise to do so on their own.

While there is a strong element of healthcare in our offerings because of our mission, the summit is designed to help organizations that provide any service support to the community
