Outpatient Behavioral Health
Aviva Health offers outpatient behavioral health services at its clinics in Roseburg, Myrtle Creek, and Drain.
You may have already seen our Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) through our Primary Care Behavioral Health Service. Our BHC and your primary care provider may have determined you may benefit from working with one of our therapists to continue to work on your concerns.
Aviva Health’s Outpatient Behavioral Health team offers a variety of services.
Counseling or psychotherapy for:
- Children (ages 6 to 12)
- Teens (ages 13 to 18)
- Adults (ages 19 to 64)
- Seniors (ages 65 and older)
Services are available:
- In-person
- Telehealth (phone or video), if appropriate.
We provide specialty services, such as EMDR for PTSD.
Aviva Health’s Outpatient Behavioral Health team provides you with evidence-based therapies for numerous mental health concerns or conditions, including but not limited to:
