We seek candidates who demonstrate:

• Educational Background: Graduation from a CCNE or ACEN accredited family nurse practitioner or ARC-PA physician associate program within 24 months prior to the program start date.
• Licensure: Eligibility for licensure in Oregon, with licensure and credentialing completed by the program start date.
• Commitment to Rural Health: A strong interest in serving rural communities and addressing the unique challenges of rural healthcare delivery.
• Self-directed Learning: Enthusiasm for continuous learning, openness to feedback and a desire to advance clinical practice in a rural setting.

Applications for the upcoming cohort are open through February 13, 2026. The program begins each November.
