Application Process
We seek candidates who demonstrate:
- Educational Background: Graduation from a CCNE or ACEN accredited family nurse practitioner or ARC-PA physician associate program within 24 months prior to the program start date.
- Licensure: Eligibility for licensure in Oregon, with licensure and credentialing completed by the program start date.
- Commitment to Rural Health: A strong interest in serving rural communities and addressing the unique challenges of rural healthcare delivery.
- Self-directed Learning: Enthusiasm for continuous learning, openness to feedback and a desire to advance clinical practice in a rural setting.
Applications for the upcoming cohort are open through March 15, 2025. The program begins on the Tuesday following Labor Day each September.
