Services We Provide
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is available for all Aviva Health Douglas County patients who struggle with a substance use disorder. Any patient who has a primary care provider (PCP) with Aviva Health can be a part of the program.
Treatment is facilitated by Dr. Nate Andrews and a team of resident physicians, behavioral health specialists, and medical assistants. Patients can self-refer or have their PCP send a referral to the MAT clinic.
Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) services are integrated into our treatment program.
We are here to support you at any stage of your journey, helping you maintain sobriety to live a healthy, fulfilling life.
The MAT program treats the following substance addictions:
- Opioid
- Alcohol
- Amphetamine
- Benzodiazepine
Aviva Health uses these common medications for treatment:
- Buprenorphine
- Suboxone
- Sublocade (monthly injectable Buprenorphine)
- Naltrexone
- Vivitrol (monthly injectable Naltrexone)
- Gabapentin
- Acamprosate
- Wellbutrin (bupropion)
Aviva Health’s MAT Program is housed at the Roseburg, Oregon clinic.
