It’s officially fall, the season that brings us football, warm fires, pumpkin spice lattes, hearty soups, scented candles, and yes, rain.
But it’s also a time to share our thanks and give.
Here at Aviva Health, we have so much for which we are thankful, like the support of our community, trust and loyalty of our patients, and commitment of our staff and Board of Directors. We’re also grateful for our many partner organizations like Douglas Public Health Network, Children’s Institute, UCAN, FISH Food Pantry, Child Development Center, Mercy, Umpqua Health Alliance, the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team, and so many others for their efforts to work with us to address a variety of needs in our area.
All of those people and organizations have blessed Aviva Health, providing us a great opportunity to offer exceptional, high-quality, compassionate health care to our patients and the community we love. With their help we’re also poised to grow.
As you may know, Aviva Health is building a new facility in Roseburg and renovating the existing clinic space to give a home to our resident doctors, expand pediatrics and women’s health and offer greater access to clinical care, something so desperately needed in Douglas County.
But it doesn’t stop there. Aviva Health was recently gifted property in Downtown Roseburg – near the site of the very first clinic we opened in 1992 – where we intend to bring back care to underserved neighbors in and around the area.
Good things are in the works, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to give to the people of Douglas County.
Enjoy your soup, warm fires and, yes, even the occasional pumpkin spice latte.
