Dr. Heather Holmes is a member of Roseburg Family Medicine Residency Program’s core faculty. She earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, TN, in 2010.

Dr. Holmes completed her residency training at JPS Health Network, Fort Worth, TX, where she also finished a fellowship in maternal and child health obstetrics in 2014.

She is currently practicing at Excellence on Women’s Healthcare providing full-spectrum care to patients. Dr. Holmes serves as adjunct faculty for the Roseburg Family Medicine Residency program, teaching residents both at Excellence on Women’s Healthcare and Mercy Medical Center.

Dr. Holmes and her husband reside in Roseburg, are huge animal lovers and have a small farm.
