Dr. Norbert Kanteyineza is a clinical pharmacist at Aviva Health.

In his role, he helps patients manage their medications safely and effectively, working one-on-one to answer questions, simplify treatment plans and make sure medications fit each person’s needs and lifestyle. He reviews prescriptions, monitors for potential issues and follows up with patients to ensure their treatment stays on track.

Fluent in five languages, he brings both clinical knowledge and cultural awareness to his work. He is an active member of the care team, collaborating closely with doctors, nurses and case managers to improve health outcomes and ensure continuity of care. His focus is always on building trust, communicating clearly and helping people feel confident in managing their health.

Dr. Kanteyineza earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Pacific University and a Master’s in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham. Outside of work, Dr. Kanteyineza enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. His family keeps him grounded in what matters most: kindness, connection and making a difference, one patient at a time.
