    As the Director of the Area Health Education Center in Southwest Oregon, Christin Rutledge is committed to forging pathways for healthcare careers, driven by a passion for accessible healthcare for all. With a Master’s in Public Health and a background that began as a medical assistant, Christin has dedicated her career to creating opportunities in healthcare. Beyond her professional endeavors, Christin treasures her role as a parent to two teenagers. One has already entered the healthcare field, while the other is preparing for a future in nursing, set to start college next fall. Her personal experiences as a dedicated parent further fuel her commitment to building inclusive healthcare opportunities for aspiring professionals. In her leadership role, Christin designs and oversees programs that bridge gaps, ensuring aspiring healthcare professionals have the support and resources to thrive, enriching healthcare in Southwest Oregon. Christin Rutledge’s dedication stems from a genuine desire to pave the way for a healthier, more accessible future in healthcare.
