Amal Alyusuf se gradu\u00f3 en la Facultad de Medicina y Ciencias M\u00e9dicas de la Universidad del Golfo Ar\u00e1bigo en Bahr\u00e9in en 2006. Luego complet\u00f3 una pasant\u00eda m\u00e9dica de un a\u00f1o y una residencia en oftalmolog\u00eda de cuatro a\u00f1os en el Complejo M\u00e9dico Salmaniya en Manama, Bahr\u00e9in.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En 2012, justo cuando la Dra. Alyusuf finalizaba su residencia en Bar\u00e9in, ella y su familia huyeron a Estados Unidos debido a circunstancias extraordinarias relacionadas con la inestabilidad pol\u00edtica en su pa\u00eds natal.
