Eliza Forgue was born and raised in Arizona. She went to Northern Arizona University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. A large portion of her hygiene career was spent in Alaska, where she met wonderful people and cared for patients from all walks of life. Those experiences have made her appreciate the importance of getting to know each patient. She builds trust and helps people feel comfortable and cared for. She is excited to be a part of Aviva, get to know her patients, and provide compassionate, personalized care.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and dog (Blizzard). She appreciates all the beauty Oregon offers, especially the coast.
