Crystal Espinoza, PA-S, is an advanced practice provider resident at Aviva Health. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program.

As a child, Crystal dreamed about pursuing medicine. As a first-generation college student, her decision to become a physician associate was solidified when she volunteered as a college student on a medical mission to an underrepresented community in Baja California, Mexico with a few PAs. In her role, Crystal is eager to fulfill the demand for universal health assistance in underserved communities, whether it be in developing countries or in our own neighborhood.

With special interests in women’s health and urgent care, Crystal chose Aviva Health because of its mission to provide high-quality healthcare to all patients.

Away from work, she loves going on hikes — especially to national parks — taking walks at the beach, watching a scary movie in the theater, learning new family recipes from her parents, playing outdoor sports like soccer, visiting Disneyland during the winter, and traveling to other countries like Japan.
